They’re not just hearty and satisfying; they’re bursting with that smoky, umami-packed flavour that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance. Who needs meat when you’ve got a burger this fantastic?

Go crazy and add as many veggies as you can think of; maybe take some inspiration from restaurants you’ve been to; or go the extra mile and ask them how and where they get the ingredients to make your favourite burger.

BBQ Jackfruit Sandwiches

Step aside, traditional BBQ sandwiches—this plant-based rendition is a taste sensation in its league! I take jackfruit to flavour town by simmering it with sautéed onions and a smokin’ chipotle BBQ sauce, creating a filling that’s next-level delicious. Piled high onto buns with a snappy slaw and some crispy pickles, this sandwich is a flavour fiesta that proves plant-based eats can rival the classics any day.
